Lunch Club for Elderly Communities

Many of our local Age UK's run cafes and restaurants serving fresh, home cooked food. They are a key part of our work to relieve loneliness and prolong independence in later life by providing a meeting point for older people the community.

Lunch clubs are a popular activity enjoyed by older people across the city each week. For those with limited opportunities to get out, they provide essential social occasions which can help alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
